On occasion IT Support may ask an end user to hard reboot the FreedomPanel POS. The On/Off button should only be used as a last resort measure.

• The On/Off Button Is located, When facing the POS, in the lower left corner of the screen towards the back of the panel. Hold the button for approx. 5 seconds until the terminal begins the shutdown process

You may need to gently tilt the POS terminal head back to see it clearly
