At the top of the page, select Settings > Set automatic replies.

Note: The setting is also located in the Outlook Web App options. At the top of the page, select Settings > Options. In Options, select Organize email > Automatic replies. Or, in Options, under MAIL > Automatic processing, select Automatic replies.
